CODE OF ETHICS


Personal and Professional

All organization members and volunteers act with honesty, integrity and openness in all their dealings as representatives of the organization. The organization promotes a working environment that values respect, fairness, and integrity.

Mission

A Clearly stated mission and purpose approved by the board, in pursuit of the public good. All of its programs support that mission and all who work for or on the behalf of the group understand and are loyal to that mission and purpose. The mission is responsive to the constituency and communities served by the group and of value to the society at large.

Communications and Public Affairs

Information disseminated about the organization must be both accurate and consistent, for this reason, the board is responsible for the organization's internal and external communications. The Board is responsible for all marketing and advertising activities and communications with the media, local communities and government officials.

Not permitted

Abusive language towards a group member, volunteer or another participant.

Possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs when reporting to an Ambassador Brothers' meeting.

Being in possession of dangerous or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons or other similar items into an Ambassador Brothers' meeting.

Discourtesy or rudeness to a fellow group member or volunteer.

Actual or threatened violence toward any individual or group.

Conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of others.

Bullying or taking unfair advantage of any participant.

Be aware of and thoughtful of what you are posting, tweeting, snap chatting, texting, emailing, etc.
